Established by Kenzo Miyawaki in the capital 5,000,000 yen, located in Amagasaki City.

1971
Merged a Fe-Si-Mg Plant in Katsuyama city and started OTG Katsuyama Plant producing Fe-Si and Fe-Si-Mg alloy integratedly.

1973
Established a joint-ventured Fe-Si plant in Brazil, named as "INONIBRAS" - Inoculantes e Ferrolifas Nipo-Brasileiros S/A, Piropora.

1976
Increased capital to 100,000,000 yen.

1979
Removed Head Office to Umeda Kita-ku, Osaka city.

1981
Concluded Sole Agency Agreement with RTZ Iron & Titanium (QIT), Canada for Sale of their foundry use Pig Iron to be supplied from their subsidiary in Republic of South Africa, Richards Bay Iron & Titanium Pty., Ltd, for the market in Japan. Built Osaka Factory organizing sizing and packing lines. Increased capital to 250,000,000 yen.

1988
Acquired 100% ownership of INONIBRAS S/A, Brazil. Started operation of No.3 electric furnace (20,000KVA) at INONIBRAS.

1991
Increased capital to 300,000,000 yen

1996
Established a joint-ventured ferroalloy plant in China, named as Nanjing Ninban Special Alloy Co.,LTD, Nanjing.

1997
Removed Head Office to Nakajima Nisiyodogawa-ku, Osaka city.

2000
Approved "ISO9002", INONIBRAS.

2001
Established a joint-ventured Magnesium alloy plant in China, named as Nanjing Yunhai Magnesium Co.,LTD, Nanjing. Increased product ability in Brazil to 150%.

2002
Build gas atomized highly clean metal Plant in Katsuyama and started producing.

2004
Relocated the head office to current location, Meiji Yasuda-Life Osaka Umeda Bldg.

2005
Approved "ISO9001", Katsuyama Factory

2006
Approved "ISO14001", Katsuyama Factory

2007
Started producing Cored Wire at Katsuyama Factory.

2012
Established Takajima Factory in Katsuyama, Fukui.
